As a Church plant from Redeemed Christian Church of God, Living Faith Connections, which itself was planted by RCCG, Royal Connections; we were given birth to on 14 May 2006 and our worship centre at birth was Ripple Hall on St Erkenwald Road in Barking town centre. The Church took off with about 20 members.
Over a few months of our existence however we had to move locations a number of times due to a number of reasons, before moving on 15 April 2007 to Barking Football Club on Lodge Avenue, Dagenham. Just as we were trying to settle down at the football club, we had to move again in August 2007 as the place became a subject of contention between the Local Council (landlord) and our then landlord (leaseholders); this situation saw us back at the Ripple hall. For another one year we held our services between Ripple hall, Abbey Leisure centre, and Abbey Children Centre, all in Barking. We subsequently acquired our current place of worship in September 2008 on short term leasehold. Trusting God for a settled and consistent residency at our current worship centre, we believe that it is now time for us to settle down to consolidate ourselves for proper nurturing and positioning for our divine assignment of winning souls for the kingdom, and of positively imparting our world.
On Sundays, Primary children sing songs, learn Bible, participate in fun learning activities, and have lessons about Jesus and His teachings.
